Terms and Conditions

These terms describe how the GastoTrack capstone demonstration is intended to be used. They should be reviewed by the project team before a public release.

1. Who can use GastoTrack

GastoTrack is intended for participating food and beverage businesses and their authorized staff. Use only the account and business access assigned to you.

2. Accounts and roles

Staff and cashiers use the Android app for daily operations. Business owners use the web portal to manage their business, staff, products, and reports. Super Administrators manage platform access and business registrations. Keep your sign-in credentials private.

3. Records and payments

The system records submitted orders, payment methods, income, expenses, stock changes, and bug reports. Some staff actions can be stored on the device while offline and sent later. A queued action is not a server record until synchronization succeeds. GCash and Maya notification matches use device notifications; they are not verification from the wallet provider. Check the official wallet account when a payment is disputed or unclear.

4. AI and receipt scanning

Receipt reading, category suggestions, ingredient suggestions, and AI answers may be incomplete or wrong. Review important financial, stock, and payment decisions against the original records.

5. Changes and questions

The final release terms need to identify the service operator, effective date, and how changes will be announced. For questions about this demonstration, use the contact page.
